According to the principle of pneumatic conveying, the centralized feeding system adopts the central control system of the industrial program controller to tell the plastic raw material from the raw material area to the forming host machine of the production work area in sequence according to the signal sequence, which can operate automatically continuously (24 hours/day).

In order to give customers a more intuitive understanding of the centralized feeding system, we specially introduced the display system (as shown below). The system is mainly composed of vacuum air unit, PLC control system, vacuum aggregate, valves, pipes and accessories, etc. On the control panel, the operation and feeding status of each working area and each part can be clearly displayed, and the abnormal conditions of each part can realize sound and light automatic alarm. If some part of the system produces an exception, it will not affect the normal operation of the whole system.
